Delete Your ShiftDrop Pro Account & Data
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Developer policies and data protection regulations, you can request the complete deletion of your account and associated records at any time.
Option 1: Delete Directly Inside the App (Recommended)
If you currently have the ShiftDrop Pro app installed on your Android device:
- Open ShiftDrop Pro and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your Profile / Account Settings.
- Tap on Delete Account and confirm your request.
This will immediately remove your authentication credentials and associated user profile rows from our Supabase database.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email Support
If you are unable to access the app or prefer assistance from our support team, you can submit a manual deletion request:

[email protected]Please make sure to send the request from the email address registered to your ShiftDrop Pro account. We will process and confirm your complete data wipe within 48 hours.
What Data is Deleted vs Retained?
- Deleted: User profile records, delivery stop history, active shift logs, vehicle configurations, and authentication credentials stored in Supabase.
- RevenueCat Subscriptions: Active Google Play Store subscriptions must also be cancelled directly through your Google Play Account subscription settings to prevent future renewals.
